LCS Foundation Golf Fundraiser Raises Over $100,000

The LCS Foundation raised more than $100,000 at its 5th Annual LCS Foundation Golf Classic, held August 5th at the Wakonda Club in Des Moines, Iowa. The event is the largest yearly fundraiser for the LCS Foundation. 

“We are thankful to our generous sponsors, golfers and volunteers who made this year an incredible success,” said Elisa Baptiste, LCS Foundation President. “This event continues to grow, and the generosity and support shown by the community each year helps the LCS Foundation to grow and advance our mission.” 

The LCS Foundation extends a special thank you to Walker & Dunlop and Truist, who served as the Lead Sponsors of this year’s golf classic. 

Since 2019, the LCS Foundation Golf Classic has raised more than $365,000 for the LCS Foundation. The LCS Foundation is a not-for-profit charitable organization dedicated to supporting the senior living industry. 

The Foundation’s three pillars of focus include: 

• Support Alzheimer’s care and research.   
• Develop future leaders in the senior housing and care profession.
• Support LCS employees through an Emergency Relief Fund (ERF) program.
