LCS Foundation Shares 2024 Annual Report

In 2024, the LCS Foundation proudly contributed more than $400,000 to support initiatives aligned with its mission of service to others. These contributions funded critical Alzheimer’s care and research, fostered the next generation of senior living leaders through collegiate partnerships and scholarships, supported Certified Nursing Assistant programs and provided essential assistance to more than 282 LCS employees through Emergency Relief Funds.

“This year's Annual Report reflects the achievements made possible only through the dedication and support of all who generously contribute their time and resources to the LCS Foundation,” said Elisa Baptiste, LCS Foundation President. “From our generous donors, volunteers, and LCS employees to our retirees and business partners, it’s because of your support that we were able to continue to make strides in advancing our mission and make progress on our key initiatives.”
The LCS Foundation is a not-for-profit charitable organization founded in 2017 by former LCS CEO, Ed Kenny. Kenny and his wife Sue created the Foundation to support and invest in the senior living industry.
Three pillars of focus:
- Support the research and work toward Alzheimer’s first survivor;
- Develop future leaders in the senior housing and care profession; and
- Provide an Emergency Relief Fund for LCS employees.
