LCS Foundation to sponsor the 2024 Purple Soirée

The LCS Foundation will be the presenting sponsor for the annual Purple Soirée gala, partnering with the Alzheimer's Association on the event for the fourth consecutive year. The event will be held on Friday, June 28, 2024, at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines. This event celebrates and honors the lives of people impacted by Alzheimer's and all other dementias.  

”We are proud to support the 2024 Purple Soirée and to lend our continued support for the important work of the Alzheimer’s Association,” said LCS Foundation President Elisa Baptiste. “The LCS Foundation remains committed to supporting research efforts to find the first survivor of Alzheimer’s disease. We are excited to celebrate together and learn more about the advancements in Alzheimer’s research, treatments, care, and support.”  

All proceeds from the event will help fund Alzheimer’s Association care and support resources, including the 24/7 Helpline, support groups, community education, and vital research to find new treatments, and ultimately, a cure.
